I have traveled some, and occasionally planted roots here and there. I love my fur and feathered babies. Having spent many years as a classical musician, and then practicing Tuina/Chinese bodywork therapy; the grandaddy of massage therapy. I realize that I have spent a lot of time practicing. Writing is no different. I have been practicing for years. Someday I will learn how to do it.

Spec brought her story to me about six years ago and I put her off. That was a bad idea, she is very insistent. The process has been an amazing journey and it is not over yet.

When I realized and gave myself permission to make it a series, I immediately said “Oh, you are soooooo stuuuuupid!” Yet, here I am.

I do hope you enjoy the ride of reading it as much as I have enjoyed the ride of writing it.
